Return/Exchange Policy
Unworn, unwashed items must have tags attached and may be returned for STORE CREDIT within 14 days of purchase. To make a return or exchange, please contact us to request the address and return instructions. Please let us know at that time if you are returning or exchanging. If exchanging, tell us the item you'd like to exchange your item(s) for. Please include the original order receipt, if possible, in your return shipment.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. All original tags must be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.  
All discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping:
If returning or exchanging an item, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs back to us unless it is an error caused by Alli Balli Boutique.
Please note: Alli Balli Boutique is not responsible for lost packages. We encourage you to track your package.

All items ship via USPS to United States residences only. All shipping will be handled through USPS with standard shipping. All orders placed before 5pm CDT will ship next business day after the order is placed.
